Healthy Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2¼ cups flour
  • 2½ bananas (chopped)
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ⅔ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup applesauce
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Lightly grease a 9x5" pan
  3. In a bowl mix the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  4. Blend your walnuts for a few seconds and pour them into your dry ingredients.
  5. Add the banana, milk, applesauce, white sugar, brown sugar, and egg into your blender and mix until smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture into your dry ingredients and mix by hand.
  7. Pour everything into your lightly greased 9x5" pan and bake for 60-70 minutes.
